I ordered on my mobile app per usual (order #151) and it said that Juan was preparing my order (LG pizzas 3 toppings) great, right, not, 2 out of 3 pizzas arrived INCORRECT! I ordered pepperoni,sausage and jalapeños but I got no sausage it was replaced with PINEAPPLE my son is allergic to pineapple! The other one wasmushroom, green pepper, and black olives, because I have a vegan visitor in the house, and it arrived MEATY with pepperoni andham! What a disappointment, I called to get this fixed, gentleman on the phone sounded overwhelmed and distressed, placed me onhold twice to talk to his manager, but Juan the guy who made my order and the manager at this location didn't take the call. Theemployee who answered the phone should be the new manager or supervisor, he compensated me in full since the pizza was notedible for my quests/family. No complains with the delivery guy Mathew he was so respectful and courteous big tip next time. Ihope corporate replies to my review or at least look into this location I'm sure revenue is down due to poor manangement andsupervision.
After reading the negative reviews about this location on Roscoe we were unsure ordering, but did. 15 minutes later it was worth it. No missing items, great food and driver quality, proper temperature on items on our doorstep not late but very promptly.Hopefully your experience will be as positive. Delivery fee wasn't too bad either.
Caution is advised when considering this restaurant. The manager, a woman, does not speak or understand English. When I called to address an issue with my credit, she was incredibly rude, which makes me question how someone with such poor people skills can hold a managerial position. She was reluctant to communicate in Spanish, despite her limited English proficiency. If you need to secure any credits for any reason, make sure to get everything in writing. Additionally, the food I received was served cold after a wait of one hour and thirty minutes.
I really enjoy this restaurant; I place an order with them two to three times a week.
I just picked up my order, and there was only one employee handling everything. Despite being the only one on duty, he provided outstanding service. I didn’t catch his name, but he definitely deserves a raise. He was making the pizzas and ringing people up all at once.
