Mamamia Italian Restarurant - Pandan

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The female server was untrustworthy when I asked about the wait time for a large pizza; she said it would be 15 minutes. However, we ended up waiting for 30 minutes, and it could have been as long as 45 minutes. It's the server's role to communicate effectively between the kitchen and the diners, but she failed to do so and provided inaccurate information. Eventually, I discovered that there was a bulk order ahead of us, which contributed to our lengthy wait. A responsible server should provide realistic estimates that account for existing orders, especially when the kitchen is busy. Additionally, serving customers with water and plates can help them feel more welcomed. For anyone considering this restaurant, be prepared for poor time management, and only go if you have plenty of time to spare or are willing to take your chances.

The pizzas are very good, and the spaghetti is excellent. The service is very friendly.
