Pizza Hut - Panama City

I used to love Pizza Hat, but this restaurant never lives up to the brand. I hate leaving negative reviews for food service after the challenges of the pandemic, but today I had to reheat my pizza to cook it through because it was so undercooked. Maybe this place is better for buffets only. Regardless, I think it's time to find a new favorite pizza spot.

This restaurant deserves zero stars for its incredibly unsatisfactory service. If they have the audacity to employ someone like Kristi, customers will be disgusted by the terrible attitude and service. It's clear that the only reason she still has a job is because she's good at working. I've ordered from her on several occasions and it was never a pleasant experience. Despite my love for their wings, I will never support this establishment again after today's disrespectful behavior. It's a shame, because I really enjoyed their wings before.

The service was fantastic and the pizza was delicious. Our group loved their personal pizzas. We can't wait for the pizza buffet to open.

Better customer service, employees outback smoking while I waited 15 minutes pass my time to get my pizza.
