Panera Bread - Panama City

Uber Eats has not delivered all my order. The driver told me to contact the store and when I was the manager, Caleb went beyond and beyond by not only replacing the missing items, but also giving me 2 coupons! Great customer service in store!

They were prepared and professional during this Covid chapter in our lives. Unlike most establishments in town, the staff actually wore their own masks as they prepared our food. They had disposable masks available for customers at the door. They had cups and straws laid out so that customers can grab theirs without touching every other cup, lit and straw. They have 4 self serve kiosks for customers to order through, and they had indoor seating available, observing both social distancing and frequent cleaning guidelines. Overall, I was very impressed and I will definitely return!

Haven't actually been here, but my friend worked here works here, i contacted panera bread as i believe she is missing, but they never responded.

The best place I was!! It is amazing how a great service and friendly staff food taste so much better!! I love this place!!

My daughter and I stopped here for lunch and although the place looked full, it didn't take long to get our food. We both had you two for $10 and were very satisfied with the quality of food.
