Far and away the best restaurant of our three nights in PCB. Service was friendly and helpful. The halibut special and rare tuna were excellent. Don't miss the banana cream pie. My husband and I came for the Chef's Table experience to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it was nothing short of amazing. The food was delicious and the wine pairings were perfect, but our service was the most impressive part of the experience. Our server Tracy was amazing. She was knowledgeable in the menu and extremely kind. She made sure the entire service flowed perfectly between every tasting and every drink. We will definitely be back to experience this again. From start to finish the experience was spectacular. The level of service from Jacob (aka Johnny...on the spot) was attentive, humorous and on-the-spot . Ask for him if you can. The butter lettuce wedge style salad was a great start, followed by the entree-sized sea scallops with the chef 's feature preparation. The dinner ended with a well-assorted dessert sampler. The atmosphere was casual and comfortable while still elegant. Thanks for an exceptional evening.

Absolutely incredible dining experience. Thanks to a tennis friend for our group got a last minute table. The seafood tower and caviar was the best I have ever had. We had a great culinary experience. brand was our waiter and he was excellent. we sat right away for our reservation. our beverage order came out quickly. we ordered the fried green tomaten appetizer and it was delicious. I had the grouper and my wife had the thunfish. both dishes were cooked to perfection. thanks for an excellent evening.
