Zaxby's is usually very good. The food today was just cold from a late pick up time and long delivery.
They mess up my order every time. Tonight was probably their last chance. Missing items every time, then they try to argue that you didn't order them despite having paid for them. Barely any fries despite paying extra for more. Brainless employees.
Place was clean. Fries were great and chicken was too salty... service was fast. Do better with chicken and less salt and get a new sauce !
Very friendly staff, someone was always sweeping and keeping it clean, best chicken sandwich I had in a dae. total great experience! will be back
