This Panama City Beach location Chick-fil-A keeps getting worse and worse! The new drive-through is the longest wait time at any drive-through I?ve ever been in and keeps getting worse to the point I would rather travel 10 miles away to a different locationand get my food faster. The employees always act like they?re irritated and do not smile or say thank you. My last visit I wassitting at the drive-through doors waiting for my food when I saw the employee sneeze in her hands and then went to grab myfries and food and put in the bag. I was disgusted by that and asked for a refund. The manager came over and asked me why andwhen I told her she acted like it was no big deal and refunded my card. She did not apologize and did not say anything to theemployee. If this happens In plain sight can you imagine what happens behind the scenes that we don?t see when our food isbeing prepared. I will never return to this location again!
The food is fantastic! However, I’m giving it a 4-star rating because the drive-thru lines can be quite long. Although they’re not as lengthy as those at McDonald's, they still remind me of that experience, which is a big turn-off for me. Sorry about that!
They stand out as a top contender in the fast food scene. While they have the chance to elevate their offerings with better ingredients, they haven't fully embraced that potential. Their food is tasty, but with their resources, they could also make it more nutritious.
Overrated. I went to try the mac and cheese because I love it, and everyone raves about how amazing theirs is. Clearly, some people have different tastes because it was the worst I've ever had—worse than store-bought! It was incredibly dry, nearly devoid of cheese, overly salty—saltier than a McDonald's fry—and there was a brown crust mixed in, which definitely suggests it had been sitting out for a while in the kitchen. To top it all off, it was cold. No thanks, Chick-fil-A.
