Super Gourmet - Panama City

Was nice and tasty, but something too expansiw for what they have. they had milk for the coffee.

Owner was very helpful in vegan selections. had a arepa with veggies.

So a great place near our airbnb in the heart of the old city. a group of us friends was in casa arias near super gourmet. at the first visit in super g we were warmly welcomed and coveted. this esserei had everything we needed to start our day, everyday and for our trips around panama. amazing eating, amazing Panama coffee and great gassing friendship. my friend and I are vegan and they were able to take care of us we had the sandwich by veggie lover! our friends had the breakfast sandwich they loved. the two owners were also very friendly and helpful to navigate us pointer and tips for the first time in panama. eating under deli style, this shop also has daily necessary paper towels, toilet articles, fun knicks, and bottle alcohol beer we bought a bottle panama red, a big one that we had not seen anywhere. would recommend this shop to everyone! a short walk from a tonne airbnb’s in casco viejo!
