Albergo Roma - Pamparato

Every time we go skying to San Giacomo, we pay a visit to this lovely trattoria. The menu is very simple and tends to be more or less always the same, however the food is freshly prepared with that homemade feeling. The ravioli in salsa di noci and the Wild boar casserole are always very good. As a dessert the Bunnet is delicious. Looking forward to go back next time we are in Pamparato.

By chance, we noticed many people entering this hotel/tractor, which I didn't give a penny to see from outside. instead I was very surprised by the menu I ate at lunch. with only 16 euros I took ravioli with walnut sauce, braised with contour and water. all very good and the price I paid was very content.
