Jersey Mike's Subs

Yay, Jersey Mike's Subs has come to PV! It was PACKED on Friday at noon, but the line moved fast. I counted 8 employees working feverishly behind the counter, wow. Unfortunately, they were out of steak. I also wanted to try the new Portabella Mushroom Cheese Steak sandwich, but they didn't offer it here. So I got a #16 Mike's Chicken Philly on wheat bread and a #42 Chipotle Chicken Cheese Steak on Rosemary Parmesean bread instead. It took a while for them to prepare my order, but I didn't mind waiting because I knew it was freshly made. If I wasn't redeeming a gift certificate and coupon that required me to be in person, then I would have ordered beforehand using their app online. The food is delicious and the Chipotle was actually much sweeter than I expected. The Chipotle wasn't spicy at all--which was good for me to share with my elderly father who can't take the heat. It's a bit pricey at about $10 per sandwich for a regular size, but it's 7 inches and quite filling and freshly made.

The sandwiches are fantastic. The staff working here makes them good. I am happy that they have a jersey mikes here in Palos verdes. This location is close to home. I can now get a jersey mike sub and not drive to far.

Don?t order it online at weekend and don?t expect the estimate time will be accurate when you placed through 3rd party app. Average time over 40 mins easily.

Well the excitement is now over , they have been open for a while I have eaten here everyday just about . Like all new thing the start is always top shelf service and customer service is the best . Now for the past few months now you walk in and some days it great and some well you are face to face with a depressed , miserable face so coming into the store is no longer a enjoyable experience. So you decide the sandwich is still the best it's jersey for crying out loud. So you use the app . You put the order in and intentionally they give you the wrong things .So you think do I want to deal with a depressed person or get wrong items.then they short you brownies 2.55 around there for a 99 cent cookie well you willing to steal from me I gotta cut you off . You lost a customer for good and for being cowards not picking up the phone .do us all a favor and just quit get out of here shut the doors . Have respect for the brand . The food is great customer service just not worth me giving my money to good bye jersey it was fun while it lasted . UPDATE : After taking some time off ordering from jersey due to extreme lack of customer service. I had heard rumors that this place had improved. After careful consideration I have had multiple 10 orders 0 online and here is the outcome . The team is pleasant and gives the traditional jersey welcome. The sandwichs are always top knotch . So this will just be on staff . The attitude is great upbeat and more ingadging. The experience is what you would expect from a jersey welcome back to being my number one place to eat I truly miss you , this is a staff you want working consistently I would go out and say this is your golden team .

Went into PV location at 1:45pm. Staff yelling at each other. Took very long time to make a $12 sandwich. I asked for a water cup- the floor in front of soda machine was so sticky my shoes were sticking to it. The counter was wet, dirty and also sticky. I turned around to ask for something to wipe up the counter and noticed the entire counter where pick up is and the back of register was filthy. Gross.
