Starbucks Coffee - Palo Alto

I have strong negative feelings about this particular Starbucks, and I would boycott it if I didn't live so nearby. They frequently run out of common beverages, such as nitro cold brew and specialty drinks, or they pretend to be out. Additionally, they often make mistakes with orders or add excessive amounts of milk. They also have random closures; for instance, they were closed one Sunday morning. The staff often seem disinterested and focus on chatting with each other while customers are trying to get their attention. I recommend steering clear of this location!

This Starbucks is the most disorganized and poorly staffed location I've encountered. I've experienced order errors over a dozen times, and they often forget to complete my orders. Additionally, their online ordering system frequently indicates that items are in stock when they are not. The entire operation could greatly improve with better management, customer service training, order execution, and inventory management.

I frequently visit this Starbucks since it's located in my neighborhood, but I've been disappointed by the customer service, and my coffee is often not prepared correctly. On a positive note, they typically offer a nice variety of items available for purchase.

I came to this Starbucks at 3:30 and it was closed there was no one inside, even though online it states that they closes at 5, very unprofessional.

Horrendous service at this location yet again. I ordered cold brew through the app. I had my friend go to pick it up for me and the person at the pickup counter says they are out of cold brew. They proceed to ignore my friend for 5 mins and when he tries to get their attention to get another drink or a refund, they say just a minute. My order was supposed to be ready 10 mins prior at this point. Another 5 mins pass, and I have to walk over there myself ~12 min walk) to deal with it because the baristas are still ignoring my friend. They make us wait in the line to order a drink for another 10 mins to get my refund. How is this place even in business??? I will never order here again. Even if gas prices are $7/gal, I will drive to a different location instead of walking to this s show. They practically ruined my Sunday with their HORRENDOUS customer service. I have had at least four very bad experiences with customer service at this Starbucks location now none with any of the other Starbucks locations in this area).
