Godiva Chocolatier - Palo Alto

I got a Godiva loyalty card. With this passport to a little slice of heaven, you get a free chocolate once a month! Anyway I didnt go to Godiva for seven months. When i went in there, the nice lady behind counter said I could get seven free candies! wow! I picked out my candies, and brought some other candy for gifts. Thank you Godiva. There is never a line. They are always please to see anyone in the store. Good chocolate. Honestly there are chocolate caramels in the dollar store that taste just as good but I still love Godiva.

They have a great variety of chocolates and have special boxes for Valentines and other celebrations through out the year. However I feel their products are a bit overpriced. They also offer hot chocolate and other chocolate beverages

Ice cream on the cone is $6.50. Chocolate taste quite authentic as you would expect from a chocolate store. However. I actually preferred the vanilla ice cream as it taste more crisp and had a hint of banana flavor. The cone is itself was quite crispy and tasty.

Love this place, so sad they are closing all retail shops in North America. Especially sad for all the people who will be losing their jobs in the middle of a pandemic. Godiva should offer them jobs with corporate.

Godiva is a high quality chocolatier that I would highly recommend. This location is conveniently located in the Stanford Shopping Center. I always stop by for my free chocolate for the month (through their rewards program) whenever I have to run an errand nearby.
