The people who operate Genoa's Pizza in Palmyra where I live have always been polight and honest. I love everything I tried. I read a few comments about some other Genoa resturaunts. All I have to say is, always be kind, remember that nobody is perfect and if the resturaunt happens to run out if something, because thier bum rushed with lots of business. Then expect a delay or a mistake sometimes, nobody is perfect and possibly is having the worst day if thier life too, who knows. It happens to restuants world wide, even the classiest ones.

Food is decent, but the customer service is garbage. They do not care about customers because there is literally no competition in town. Delivery takes forever, and tonight, I tried to order delivery at 9 p.m. and was told they can't deliver because they close soon...they close at 10 p.m. A full hour they're still open, but won't take orders.
