Had trouble with the app and I called the store that was delivering my order lady behind the counter was very helpful she deserves a raise she helped me out extremely well customer service was excellent thank you

Don’t expect to receive the pizza you order plus they took my points and I won’t see them returned I’m sure. Give this Pizza Hut 0 stars if I could very disappointed and glad I didn’t pay ahead. Shame on y’all for even taking orders if you’re not going to deliver them.

I noticed that when James White the manager at the Palmetto branch is working by himself the quality of the pizzas are better as to when fully staffedThere has been multiple times where he is working by himself and he still gets the job done work ethic is on point in the quality of food is better .....

Decent experience. They lowered price 15% when I asked.

Pizza Hut sucks now. Go else where or just heat up a totinos.
