Service was awesome they were so nice even though the widows were closed it’s still a 5 star

By far the worst establishment ever. Waited in line for about 30-45 minutes. Once I got to order, my ice cream was literally water. I ordered a blizzard and a banana split and both were so runny I asked for a refund and was trying to get convinced to order something else of the menu. I eventually got my money back but after much attempt. It’s so sticky in there like muggy. I’m Not sure how code enforcement doesn’t fail them for being disgusting.

Went in today 7/23/23 and the girls there greeted me right away and gave me time to figure out what I wanted and even gave me suggestions about what to order. They were the sweetest girls and they made me laugh! Great customer service and my order was perfect! Everything was really good especially my blizzard they suggested I try. Will definitely go back because that's what customer service is all about, making sure you come back. They made my day

I visited around 2 PM for an ice cream cone and ended up waiting until 2:30 PM because the staff wasn’t ready. Once they were, I received my cone and enjoyed it. Just a heads up, the new hours are 8 AM to 2 PM for the subway and 2:30 PM to 8 PM for Dairy Queen. Enjoy!

This was my first time trying a strawberry shaker from the Milk Queen, and it was delicious! I've been going there for a while, and I absolutely love it.
