Local Licensed Cafe Eatery

Booked a table for a work lunch. Had the option to preorder over the phone which was a really good idea so that we weren't waiting a long time for our food during the lunch rush. Everyone was happy with their meals but a little disappointed that our curly fries didn't come out very curly we must have gotten the end of a batch because the fries were more scraps than anything. However, the fries had a good flavour. A couple of coffee orders were missed at the end of our meal which we were a little upset about. Overall very good food and good service but I might try to avoid the lunch rush next time because I wouldn't want any of my ordered items forgotten again.

Both the food and decor are modern and fresh; a nice change from some of the crusty old cafés in Palmerston North. The breakfast menu is a clever 'pick and mix ' or 'build your own brekkie ' affair, so excellent for a range of tastes and dietary preferences. Looking forward to a long lunch with a glass of wine (or two) in the courtyard section. They seem to get busy, so get there early.

Can I give it six stars? Please? Amazing food, lovely people... Definitely coming back next time we're in town.

The coffee and drinks were delightful. I ordered the calamari salad, which was perfectly cooked with high-quality ingredients. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. If you find yourself in Palmerston North, you should definitely visit this place!

This is a fantastic spot with friendly staff, and the coffee is consistently great. The potato hash from the build-your-own breakfast menu is a must-try and keeps us returning. There's a lovely outdoor area in the summer that's dog-friendly too!
