Food was good and owner was super friendly. The banana cream milkshake was super delicious.

Their food tastes homemade and has great flavor! Love that they have loads of options and little mini parfait deserts!

So my first thought was...Opening up a taco place across the street from that fast Taco place? That's gutsy. But I quickly realized that comparison is a moot point. It couldn't be more different. First, the flavors and ingredients. Fresh lettuce, fresh peppers, jalapenos. The ground beef was a solid serving size and it was overly seasoned or too salty. The vegan taco was a powerhouse of ingredients and flavor. The tacos are very saucy so be prepared for that. More on this below. Second, the flour tortilla was warm which made it extra soft. It served as a placeholder for all the amazing ingredients. Third, the service. Kind, welcoming, fast. It's a family run business. It sounds like their hearts and souls are in providing great flavors and great service. I ordered three different tacos and they were prepared and ready in just a few minutes. I wanted to get see the full range of spices, and she happily kept the tacos mild and put the medium and hot sauces on the side. After trying all the sauces, I would probably live in the medium range. Good flavor, good heat, but not overly hot. The hot has some kick, but it is subtle. It doesn't immediately come after your tongue, lips, brain. But it does catch up to you. I do have some suggestions. The tacos come in thin paper wrappings. The tacos are soft shelled and sort of flimsy. Since this is a takeout only place, I would either suggest pulling over or getting home quickly and using a table. You will not want to waste any of the ingredients, but some will, undoubtedly, find their way out. Styrofoam packaging would have made it easier to handle the spread of tacos. It would be a nightmare to try and eat these while driving (not that I would know from trying... .

The food here is absolutely fantastic! I tried the bullfrog burrito and the bean dip, and I highly recommend both. The staff is also very friendly. I really don't understand how the fast food place across the street remains in business. Give this restaurant a try; you definitely won't regret it!

The burrito was pricey and overly saucy, causing it to fall apart, so we ended up having to throw it away. However, the customer service was pleasant.
