フィードバックを提供するThe person at the drive-thru was not very attentive. When we received our order and looked through our bag, we noticed that she had forgotten an item. Despite our attempts to get her attention by waving, she did not respond until later. When we informed her of the missing item, her first response was to deny that we had ordered it. However, when she checked our order, she saw that we had indeed paid for it. Although she did apologize, the customer service could have been more polite and not accusatory. Despite this, the food was great. It would be helpful to have more staff at the drive-thru to speed up service, especially having an employee near the window at all times to assist customers quickly.
4 fish tacos that we wonder how long they were sitting under heat lamps, gross.
They left items out of my drive thru order. When I went back to get them the attendant claimed I hadn't ordered that. I said I did but she insisted that I hadn't. Just rude and I'm switching to Taco Bell.
I tried the beer-battered fish tacos and they were even better than the last few times I had ordered them at other places. It was a refreshing change. The order was prepared quickly and the service was efficient and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back to this location the next time I'm in the area. Thank you for the delicious tacos! In terms of wheelchair accessibility, there are conveniently located ramps at the entrance.
I would give this restaurant a zero-star rating! The customer service is horrible. If you don't enjoy your job, find a different line of work where customer service and feedback are valued.
