フィードバックを提供するIncredible experience! B is a superstar! My family and I traveled from Canada to Palm Springs for a few days, and our top priority was visiting Taco Bell, which we don’t have back home. When we arrived, there were technical issues that prevented our orders from going through. B generously offered us free drinks and told us to return in 30 minutes. When we came back, she had prepared our entire order for free! The service was outstanding, truly above and beyond!
Oh my gosh, I absolutely love the app! It allows me to take my time customizing my food preferences and choices.
This was probably the best customer service we've ever experienced at a drive-thru! I just wish I could remember the names of the staff; they were incredibly friendly.
