Carl's Jr. - Palm Springs

There are often long lines, especially around 6 PM, and I'm not a big fan of waiting. However, the lines here are shorter compared to those in Thousand Palms. Typically, I spend about 20 minutes in the drive-thru when I go after 6.

I placed my first order through the app and picked it up at the restaurant. Everything was great, and I'm very satisfied!

My experience here at this Carl's Jr was great as I got my order relatively quickly and everything came well and the service was very fast and the staff was respectful. Very nice place to get some delicious cheeseburgers and shakes.

The restaurant was clean and not overly crowded, making it easy to place my order without any wait. Using a voucher made the process even smoother, and my order was taken quickly and accurately. The food exceeded my expectations—delicious, well-cooked, and served promptly. I enjoyed it so much that I finished my meal quickly, almost wanting more. I was very impressed by the overall quality, not just the food, but also the cleanliness of the restaurant, the refreshing soft drinks, and the staff's prompt responses when I asked for extra sauces. Previously, I had mixed experiences—some good and some bad—but my recent visits to this Carl's Jr. and several others in the area have mostly been positive. Because of this, I plan to return and enjoy their food again.
