Westshore Pizza - Palm Harbor

Westshore is our BIG family treat! And we frequent often!!! Thank you for always and consistently making our tummies HAPPY!!!!

First I would like to say that we have been ordering Westshore Pizza for many years, we never had a problem with customer service. I called and was immediately put into operation for almost 10 minutes when I called back I asked if they were busy and how long it would be for delivery because she said yes we? and then said what you want. I have repeated that I need to know how long it takes to take only a hard time frame, and she just said very abruptly? normal time what do you want? I gave her my order she said wait and went out of the phone for a little and came back and said cash or fee and I said you are talking to me now and she said yes very bad and at that point I said why are you so aggressive I?m just trying to order a pizza. She told you? re the one that?s being rude LOL I told her to cancel my order, she said well and hanged on me. I finally called back and asked to talk to the manager and she said she was the manager. She put me on the phone with someone else who was more than polite, took my order a time frame for delivery there literally took her about a minute to get my order and let me know that the food will be there in about 45 minutes. Worst customer service I ever had with the first lady and the next lady was excellent at her job. This said Westshore Pizza is delicious and ingenious, but you need a new manager!!! P.S. it was about six months since we were in Westshore Pizza and decided to give him another attempt to who answered the phone was very charming and immediately took our order and as always the food was delicious. I'm glad we gave another chance! Hopefully we don't have the same manager that young lady from earlier again because we definitely order from now on we missed food to Westshore Pizza .

Good food great service Tracy is fantastic with customers always friendly and helpful in suggesting what we should try on their menu!! All I can say is delicious!!

As a northeastern native, a good cake is hard to come here. Westshore is my goal for a solid pizza cake! I can make cakes for her red sauce, as well as whites. You also have very good Phili Cheese Steaks!

This is what DOUBLE TOMATO looks like for Westshore Pizza. I absolutely hate this place but my dad loves it. Although this may be the last time for him. I even called this time and explained that every time we ask (and pay) for double tomato we get less than 1 portion of it. The guy said he would make sure that we get it. This is the result. I tried to put a complaint on their website, but their feedback section is not working and I emailed asking for manager info and never got an email back. This place is a joke
