Islands Palm Desert

It was the perfect night for a burger! The service here is outstanding. I ordered the Kilauea Burger, and the patty has a nice pepper spice that adds fantastic flavor. The sauce is sweet and pairs perfectly with the patty and crispy onions. And for cheese lovers, the cheese fries are a must—they're wonderfully cheesy and crispy. Overall, dinner here was just perfect!

The food was tasty, but our appetizer never arrived. The server was hard to find, and we didn’t receive any drink refills. Additionally, we had to wait a long time for the bill, and then we had to have the charges for the absent appetizer adjusted. Overall, it was an unsatisfactory experience.

I hadn't visited this restaurant in years, so we decided to give it another try. While the service was excellent, the food was disappointing. Even my son's cheeseburger was subpar; it had an unpleasant odor, and he ended up with a stomach ache after just a few bites. We didn't even finish our meals. I'm not sure what went wrong, but I hope this isn't the norm. It was probably the worst $50 I've ever spent at a restaurant.

This restaurant is really good when everyone does his job and I feel for the manager because it is very hard to find good employees. All we ordered was wrong. Didn't we get our drinks? Our appetizer never showed up Our burgers wee both cooked differently than the way we ordered them and to distribute it from the waiter never came back after he fell out of the food. As we fixed things, it's because the manager stopped at the table to see how we did it. The manager was great, I thought he was my neighbor, he was the first person on my list for the Super Bowl Party. Big guy tries his best to keep the restaurant during these very hard times! I wish I could remember his name because of the manager and his amazing customer service skills that we leave this 5 STAR review.

Went for my 52nd birthday with my friend! Yum. I had fish tacos and he had a burger. Both good! Good drinks! ?
