Palm Cove Tavern

My wife and I visited this restaurant yesterday after our visit to Tassie. The food was fantastic- my wife had the nachos and she absolutely loved them. The portion was so generous that she couldn't finish it all. I had the beef ribs from the special menu and it was a delightful meal. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good meal without the high prices often found along the esplanade. The service was also excellent, kudos to the team!

We were somewhat disappointed with the tavern. We were nearby at the Drift complex and thought it would be a good option. I booked through their app, which was easy. We sat outside, but there was no view. The staff were quite rude and not friendly at all, and the menu was very limited with only regular pub food. There are much better dining options in Palm Cove, so I would recommend skipping this place for meals. However, it would be fine for drinks.

I recently dined at this restaurant on a Sunday evening and enjoyed live music in the afternoon along with a delicious traditional German meal. I highly recommend this establishment.

Palm Cove Tavern has been a Palm Cove staple for many years and they have ‘done it up a bit’ over the past few years. Outdoor dining and pet friendly which is good. Fairly extensive menu to cover all food desires. Can order from the...bar or on the online menu booking system. self service than restaurant service but good relaxed atmosphere. We could watch our favourite football team play but unfortunately that result was not as good as the food, drink and company.
