Steak 'n Shake - Palm Coast

Did not receive my whole order. Ordered 2 chicken tenders combos with cotton Candy milkshakes and only received 1 shake. Also ordered a burger combo and did not receive the fries. There was a separate order for fries. Every time I order from here (3rd time) they screw up the order. Will not be ordering from here anymore. Also out my money because they dont answer their phone to rectify their mistakes If I could, Id give 0 stars.

I've never been thrilled with this place. One more shot after years not going there. The quality since the last time is significantly better. From packaging to the actual burgers and to the milk shakers. I went back a week later to see if I just got a good batch and it was definitely in place. I have loved Steak and Shake since I was a kid. The food is still as good as ever but the restaurants themselves are like ghost towns. Self order kiosks, self serve drink and condiments no waitress staff. I miss the days of there being a wait to get in. It was buzzing 24/7 and full of life. It is really sad to see what has become of some of our favorite restaurants.

Shake was good. Burger extra greasy. Upcharge for sauce. Love the giant straws for shakes. Would have been more stars if burger was better.

Came in on Veterans day for the free milkshake advertised. What a disappointment. Had to get it thru the drive thru. Their email advertisement never specified that requirement. Manager only said that is the way that it is! I will add that the floors are much nicer now than when I was here last time.
