Burger King - Palm Coast

Out of the three times Ive tried to order here, this was the only time I actually got my food, and the burger was the only thing that wasnt cold. Never again.

Food was fresh and fast but the literally forgot a whole whopper meal in the bag so would have been nice to get that meal so definitely not going back to here. Second messed up order not doordash fault just bad food management.

Worst Burger King EVER!!!! TERRIBLE Service. 39 minutes for order!!! The bathrooms were disgusting and advised. The staff was like they don't care. Do a favor. Do not stop there.!!!

I visited this location on 10-6-22 at about 8 pm, if I could rate it as -3 it would be appropriate. I 'm from SW Florida and have been going to BK since the 60s (I have always been a big fan of the Whopper). This is by far the dirtiest and most dysfunctional fast-food restaurant I 've ever had the displeasure to experience. There were 2 of us and we asked for 2 Whoppers fresh off the broiler, medium fries, and a coke (they said no problem, note: there were no other customers in the restaurant). We waited 8 minutes for the food and both burgers and orders of fries were cold, why did they make us wait? They gave us cups for the sodas and we were directed toward a self-service machine that was not working. Does the owner give a S%#T, NO! the restaurant was filthy as were the bathrooms and the exterior needs major attention. Reading other reviews, this appears to be how the owner and management run this location (must be lazy and have no concern for the customers). Please don 't just write a review but send your concerns to BK headquarters. I 'm sure they 're aware of this location and the question is "why would they not take action, after all this is making their brand look really BAD. Tell your local friends and neighbors to tell everyone they know to boycott this disgusting location.

Burger King Have it your way... If we have it in stock. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo, drove home and got 2 cheeseburgers. I never even used the words cheese. How hard is it? I was the only person in the store. Seriously, I haven't been to a Burger King in 10 years! Now, I know why. This was a horrible experience.
