The lemon sugar cookie is a must! Extremely soft and a sweet enlightening taste!

I visited this restaurant last week to pick up a few dozen cookies for my office. The young woman working at the counter appeared to be the only staff member, but she handled everything like a pro. She was incredibly helpful and maintained a positive attitude, even with some difficult customers before me. The cookies were a hit with my colleagues - they loved the flavors and textures. I will definitely be returning in the future!

We've been here once a week for a few months. Insatiable! Cookies are FANTASTIC! Love the chats with the nice young women there too! Can't go wrong!

I ordered $75 worth of cookies to arrive on 12/22, and they did not arrive ten days later. mrs. fields told me that they have a 30-day durability, and eating the old cookies when they come here. it was my fault I didn't pay $35 for express delivery. never again.

Paid $24 extra for Xmas Eve delivery plus a holiday fee and full price on the cake. it is now 9pm on the 27th and it hasn't even been shipped. Cannot find anyone to help.
