Brooklyn Water Bagel

We love the bagels and coffee but pickup set up really needs to be addressed. It would be nice to have everything labeled by type, door dash, call-in pickup.

Was there twice in 1 week and both times waited 20 min+ for to go orders. Plenty of staff but they don't seem to care how long u r waiting. 2nd time they claim they called me but set my order on top of muffin case and let me stand there for 20 minutes.I had to ask where my order was. They also over charged me for 2 iced coffees when I ordered 1 small coffee and 1 sm soda. Terrible service considering there are many employees!!

I had the Brooklyn breakfast sandwich and it was very well made , the service was fast and the coffee fresh.I would recommend for an on the go breakfast

Not too impressed with their bagels. The Asiago cheese was excellent, but the cinnamon raisin had no cinnamon flavor at all. The Everything bagel was just mediocre.

Probably my favorite place to get bagels. They are freshly made, and come with a variety of spreads. I love the sandwiches also, I just wish they had an option where they didn’t have a bagel serving as the bread. Would much prefer brioche or something softer. Still, pretty legit place for bagels. Recommend.
