Great food and service. My favorite place for a Deli sandwich made as I like it!

I discovered an amazing spot for my family and me. We live in Palm Bay, and this charming little place has everything we need. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is cozy, and the food is simply perfect. We were welcomed like old friends. The overall vibe, decor, and service are fantastic!

I lived in the Melbourne/Palm Bay area for 20 years and have passed by this restaurant countless times without stopping—until today. My wife and I decided to have lunch there, and we both enjoyed it immensely. The staff were very friendly, the food was outstanding, and the place was spotless. We will definitely return!

Never need an excuse to get a good sandwich at Peppertree..greeted by pleasant smiling hard working staff: ready to please.
