Jamrock Grill - Palm Bay

I was in town visiting family and asked my nephew who is Jamaican for a place that had the closest home-cooked Jamaican food. I ordered the oxtail and my son's ordered the curry chicken and jerk chicken. We was disappointed that they has no patties. My oxtail was delicious. Perfectly cooked and seasoned. The meat came right off the bone and was very tender. Unfortunately, my son's got to sample their aunts jerk chicken right before eating their food and said their food wasn't bad but his aunts was better. He probably would have said the food was good if he didn't get a sampling prior.

Absolutely love the food but always very bad with portions and fairly expensive m. I pay $23 for a stew chicken no rice and pease via Uber eats and this was the amount of chicken that came in the box. I have resolved myself to just not going there anymore. I could have cooked an entire pot of stew chicken at that price. This should not be so expensive for such small portions of food.

It's difficult to find good Jamaican food in Palm Bay. I'm so glad I discovered this family-run neighborhood gem. The food is authentic and freshly prepared. My personal favorites are the oxtail, curry goat, and curry chicken. I've eaten in their clean restaurant as well as had their food delivered to me through Uber Eats. The food's flavor has remained consistent, and the service has always been pleasant.
