Nino U Ballerino - PALERMO

We tried the spleen sandwich here, it was pretty good to out uninitiated taste buds. The place has lots of younger people having lunch here, and it's on a little park on a busy street. Not a bad place to grab a quick lunch after seeing the Palatine Chapel.

Amazing and cheap lunch. The best place to try the traditional pane con La milza. Staff did not speak English but were welcoming and helpful. Had the arrancini, milza roll and also panelle roll. All fresh and delicious. Would definitely come here if you want to sample good quality Sicilian street foods.

We came here one evening for a quick bite of typical street food. Having grown up with the food I can say the pane cu a meusa was good, the panino con le panelle was very bad. They were cold and overly salty to the point that our throats burned from tasting them. So disappointed considering how famous this place and the owner are.

We are here several times and it was always a pleasure to eat here! our waiter giuseppe was very friendly, fast and attentive: complain! quality of food is also very high for fast eating and so delicious. prices are more than reasonable, so they must try it! we can only recommend this place :

Great street dinner! I wanted to try. had a pani câ meusa (spleen) and an arancino. the spleen sandwich was very delicious. it was so juicy and the flesh was very tender. the arancino was also beautiful. the personal could look grumpy, but they were very nice. the prices were good. paid €5 for these two things and a bottle of water. recommend this place!
