We point out that if you are looking for specialty fish or modern restaurant, this here is a place of any other style. excellent broth and its meats, tender language and its green sauce balanced. the homemade tortellini spectacular (and the filling certainly not the northern one,) the tasty and perfumed caponata, wines at level and friendly staff. served in a short time, without expectations, the family environment but elegant. on the walls, photos of many important personalities who have visited you to demonstrate a centenary (even more tradition of good cuisine. Of course, tuna tartare as the sardines were spectacular, but at the broth house you come to taste tender meat and all the artifacts to corolla. unexpected experience but to repeat - especially for those who visit palermo also in winter and do not dwell on the usual recipes.
Nice and cozy place, starters and first all delicious but I would have liked to taste a second too. Unfortunately we were not informed, at the time of the ordination, that the kitchen would close at 22.30. sin.
First time. very warm and welcoming environment. friendly and helpful staff. a lunch between friends in the historic center. tortellini in super broth. well seasoned and abundant pasta. absolutely recommended. to remake.
