フィードバックを提供するI had a really disappointing experience at Jerry's Drive Inn, which I had been looking forward to visiting as I've been a longtime customer. We waited over thirty minutes without seeing any other diners, and when our food finally arrived, it was cold. After voicing our concerns for ten minutes, the owner came out and offered to prepare a new meal, claiming I was the only person to complain that day. So now I feel like I'm being labeled a liar? This was the worst restaurant experience I've had in a long time.
Best chicken anywhere!
