The staff is fantastic, and the chicken has a mouthwatering coating. The baked beans and onion straws are exceptional. The restaurant is impeccably clean, and the prices are very reasonable.

Does anyone know why this restaurant closed so suddenly? It was our favorite place to eat!

This was my first experience ordering from this restaurant. My daughter enjoyed her catfish, but the chicken we had was cold and appeared to be old. The hushpuppies were hard as rocks and quite dry inside. The macaroni and cheese was overly watery, and the collard greens were the most disappointing—burnt bacon, lacking seasoning, and unexpectedly sour. I’m rating it 2 stars, primarily because of the catfish.

My mother's fried chicken is undoubtedly the best I've ever tasted—not just because she’s my mom. Every Sunday, my friends eagerly ask if they can come over for dinner. In fact, we even had my wedding rehearsal dinner at her place because all my groomsmen were craving her fried chicken. While Mother Cluckers is a strong contender, my mother’s chicken remains unbeatable. Their collard greens are excellent, but I wish they would prepare them without pork. I suggest using smoked turkey instead—it's a healthier choice that would really appeal to your customers!

This is among the best fried chicken I've ever had! As a southerner, I can assure you that the collard greens were amazing as well. The staff is friendly and prompt, and the restaurant has a lovely atmosphere. I will definitely make this my favorite place to visit whenever I'm in the area.
