Let me share my experience, we had comfortable time here. The hotel Tharabar is beautiful place with swimming pool. Great customer service, rooms are also spacious and clean with Air-con. The location is pretty given that it is smack in the centre of Old Bagan. If you wanna go outside, easy to rent the electric scooter in front of hotel. Price is 8000-10000MMK for whole day.

Romantic setting. Beautiful gardens. Large bungalow style room. OK, not perfectly soundproof. No fiestas, so no problem for us. Facilities immaculately kept. Very friendly staff. Best breakfast we had during our trip. Last but not least : perfect ! location, 3 minutes to Andana Temple by feet. Didn't use the restaurant drinks poolbar were bland went to Moon instead without regret.
