Burger King - Painesville

Wow. I never had such rude service.I went there on my bike to pick up a mobile order: A Quad Whopper Meal, Large Sized, no cheese. A few issues:1. I called and told the guy this morning I didn't want cheese on my burger. He interrupted me and was rude.2. There was cheese on my Whopper.3. The staff pretty much fat-shamed me for ordering a Quad Whopper.4. I called about the cheese thing and they said it wasn't their problem. So, I had to escalate the issue to corporate.Hopefully, corporate gets this BK in line. Luckily for me, my refund should be on my gift card soon.

*Update August 2022* This restaurant finally changed there hours to stay open until 12 am.??Now make it open until 1 am on Fridays and Saturdays that would be a smart move people are out late on those nights. OMG this is the only Burger King in Ohio that closes AT 4PM? Unreal and Ridiculous! They dont serve dinner? Cant figure that out to save my life! This Franchisee should be shutdown! It's no wonder Burger Kings are closing down everywhere!

I went in to order 8 breakfast sandwiches. They were making them and someone came through the drivethru and they gave my sandwiches to them. When I asked she said they had a smaller order. I said first come should be serve first. The sandwiches were all made and instead of bagging them and giving to me she when and took a order in the drivethru again and poured their sodas while still waiting. Finally the girl who made the sandwiches bagged them and got me out of there.

9 minutes to get a bag handed to me that was the wrong order, than another bag with my order filled incorrectly. Manager on duty was rude and confrontational. Good was cold. Terrible, avoid this location. Needs to be torn down

Closes super early, app still lets you order and charges you while removing the offers even though this location is closed. All that and the woman at the window saying they were closed when we went to pick up the order, was incredibly rude about the entire situation.
