Wendy's - Paducah

The food is quite good, but they really need to improve their fries; they should be crispier. I’m not fully satisfied. A spicy chicken sandwich slipped off the plate and fell on the floor. It just isn’t as good as it used to be.

I typically don’t leave reviews and I'm not one to complain, but this location is so unacceptable that I felt compelled to share my experience. I love Wendy's and have tried this place several times, but my first visit involved flies coming out of my bag of food. On my second visit, I found hair in my meal, and the potatoes were actually spoiled.

I had a very disappointing experience with the service at this restaurant. The person taking orders was quite rude. He forgot to include the burgers in our biggie bags, and when I pointed it out, he insisted that he had included them and handed the bags back to me to check. I did check, and to my surprise, there were no burgers. Overall, the service was terrible.

Decided to give him another attempt, but yet again, the whole order was grounded. the dining room is still literally not closed a ground, maybe they just don't want to clean up after people, would not surprise me with the lack of care and work ethic they have, but if you are not infamous to lay down disorders, I would allow people in the area only for chaos-ups. if they like wendy’s, they don’t try it!

The food was hot and fresh. Good group of young workers. Keep it up.
