Kfc - Padikovo

This is our second time stopping at KFS on our way to Moscow, and once again, we experienced terrible customer service. The first time we ordered food, we were asked to wait in the parking lot, and we ended up waiting for 30 minutes. Now the same thing has happened again; we tried to order food in the evening, and they told us it would take 40 minutes because the chicken would take 35 minutes to prepare.

The burgers were cold!!! Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, we waited 15 minutes for our order. Since everything was cold, it was clear that the burgers hadn't been properly prepared. Overall, it was a complete disappointment.

A mini version of KFC, found only thanks to the huge billboards along the highway. Otherwise, everything is just as usual.
