Fundamental Food Store - Paddington

Fundamentals offers a wonderful array of organic gourmet products, such as fruits and vegetables, raw foods, and household and personal items. Customers can enjoy a 15% discount on their bill (excluding vitamins) every first Tuesday and third Saturday of the month when they join the club.

This is a small health food store with a café inside (it also has a separate entrance). The café closes its kitchen by 3 pm, but they still offer some pre-made items until around 4 pm, such as tofu burgers, etc. There is free parking at the back, so avoid parking on the street between 4 pm and 7 pm to avoid a $60 ticket. Additionally, there is a fantastic pizzeria across the road where you can try out their vegan sinistar Mexican pizza that will definitely impress you (and yes, they clean the pizza cutter too).
