Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and seated after showing our vaccination cards. This was when I realized that things had changed; now you can scan the menu on your phone, and the actual menu has been updated as well. Our hostess, Miss Lashanti, made several trips to our table. As I only had one menu to look at, I found myself asking my husband whether we were at IHOP or Waffle House. I missed the familiar folded menu with colorful pictures that used to whet my appetite; I felt quite confused and indecisive. Despite the menu confusion, Miss Lashanti was always friendly and patient, making it easier for me to decide. I ended up ordering the Swedish crepes, and my husband got an iced tea, which was decent, but I missed the old options. The food was still delicious, and I appreciated the cleanliness of the interior, including the restrooms. There are two stalls in the women's bathroom, but if it's busy, you may have to wait outside on a bench. Overall, we plan to return in the future. I truly enjoy going to IHOP, and this location might just become my favorite spot.

This IHOP is the best I've ever been to! The one in Chicago really needs to step up their lemonade game. The staff here is incredibly friendly, and the manager is helpful and welcoming. Definitely the best in New York!

The staff is fantastic and very attentive. The food is fresh, delicious, and served quickly. I highly recommend this IHOP to everyone!
