Ribcrib Bbq - Ozark

Fantastic service! The ribs fell right off the bone. The atmosphere was unique and beautifully decorated. Great food at a great price!

The food quality is comparable to fast food, yet it took 30 minutes to arrive. The service was average. I've lived just two miles away for 10 years and have only been here three times; I won’t be returning. That speaks volumes.

Before July 5th, we ordered two family packs, and I spoke with Elijah to request both the spicy and mild sauces, as well as to remind him about the discount we were promised. However, when my husband picked up the food, he found that there was no discount applied and no sauces included. We had to send him back because barbecue just isn’t the same without the sauce. He asked to speak with the manager, but was told he was too busy to assist. There was no apology or any offer to make it right. Overall, the customer service was very poor, and the portions of the meat were small. Spending $100 each time has convinced us that it’s time to look for a different restaurant. We're really disappointed.

We stopped when we didn't have much time and just wanted a quick bite as we say. But I ordered half a rack when ribs. They were very good and I took myself home. Very pleasant people, great waitress and our stop worth.

Not sure what I just ate but those were not the best ribs. The cook barely had them cooked then sent them out. I should have sent them back. TAKE YOUR TIME TO COOK THE FOOD. They were not busy so this was no excuse to send out barely cooked food. i could here the cook make a comment about giving it the person with the salad.. UHH WHAT!!. WONT BE BACK.
