Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Ozark

The manager is rude, and the employees walk around like zombies. Waited 25 mins for nuggets. Will not be coming back to this popeyes. Worst experience ever waste of time and money.. lol the manager wont look at or acknowledge customers. Great way to manage.

Food was hot and fresh. I had to wait 30 mins before getting my order in drive through. I was told 15 mins. I finally went inside thinking they forgot me. I had already waited 15 minutes inline to order. I still think they did, but got it about 5 minutes after going in. No apologies, just excuses. I was there almost an hour total. If there is a next time I'll order online.

We went in for done in and waited over 35 minutes and still didn't receive food. Requested money back . Manager never asked or said anything during the refund.

Me and my family went in for dinner, however we needed some time to look at the menu. The young girl with blonde hair seemed irritated or annoyed and anytime we asked a question she rolled her eyes and had a very nasty tone. We decided to stop placing the order and asked for the manager in which she stormed into the kitchen and got him, the manager on duty was very friendly. I told him I expected nothing in return I just wanted to let him know about this girl’s attitude and we left to eat somewhere else
