Owned by the esteemed internist specializing in diabetes, Dr. Asunciano Arce Lomanta Jr., Xian's Finest Restaurant has truly made a name for itself! With its wholesome yet delicious dishes, it has won over the hearts of the people of Ozamiz, just as Am Mah Ling (Dr. Arce's mother) did when she treated us to her delightful binangkal during our childhood birthday celebrations for Odie and Mise. Today, binangkal is offered as a complimentary appetizer at Xian's, bringing back fond memories for many of us.

I really appreciate the architecture of the building, but I wasn't a fan of the food.
