The food tastes so fresh. Lots of flavor and not at all oily. I love their lunches with a choice of soup or spring roll with every order.

This restaurant has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They failed to list all of the ingredients included in their fried rice on UberEats, which was problematic for me as I am very picky about what I eat. When I politely brought this issue to the attention of the employee, she laughed in my face and displayed unprofessional behavior. Additionally, she spoke negatively about me to the manager while thinking I couldn't hear, and then rudely told me to contact UberEats before hanging up. I recommend going to Aloha or Rice and Spice instead of this establishment.

This restaurant provides terrible customer service. Initially, they failed to disclose all the ingredients in their fried rice on Uber Eats. I am particular about what I eat, so I made sure to mention my preferences. When I politely pointed out the issue to the employee, she laughed at me and was extremely disrespectful. She then gossiped about me to the manager while I overheard, and when I asked for a resolution, she simply laughed, hung up, and told me to contact Uber. This was a terrible experience overall. I would recommend going to Aloha or Rice and Spice instead.

My food tasted like plastic. Could have been because I ordered late but all three of the entrées that I ordered were not good and all three of us did not finish our food; we threw it away. I'm am so sorry but it was so bad : 0/10. It also cost me $51 which is ridiculous but whatever.

They're a little slow right now. Short handed. But it's always a solid choice! Pad See Ew will not disappoint!
