Pizza Den - Oxford

I absolutely love it! This is a fantastic place with delicious food and a family-friendly atmosphere. I always call in my order because it's not fast food, but they say, "Good things come to those who wait," and I can assure you, it's worth the wait. The muffuletta is a long-time favorite of mine, but you really can't go wrong with anything from their menu, which has been around for over 40 years. It's simply wonderful!

Never visit Oxford without trying the stromboli! It's a must at Ole Miss and Pizza Den – a true local tradition. My son absolutely loves the roast beef drenched in that delicious brown gravy. Now that’s some good southern eating!

Food: Yes! Service: No! You can't say anything negative about the food. I've been enjoying sandwiches here for over 34 years, and each visit feels just as fresh and delightful as the first time. That’s truly impressive. However, the service remains frustratingly consistent, just as it was on my very first visit. I remember Bob; while he was slow, he wasn't unpleasant. This restaurant is one of the few remaining original spots in Oxford, and I hope it lasts forever.
