Dunkin' - Oxford

Got my order right, so they are doing well (compared to 18 months ago when I had to have them remake something because it got messed up twice)

One downside I’ve experienced is that there were a few occasions where I had to wait while employees chatted with others before they helped me. That said, I won’t dock a star for that—I can appreciate that sometimes people need to unwind a bit. Overall, this is a spacious Dunkin Donuts that doesn't rush anyone out the door, which might work in my favor since I enjoy a more relaxed atmosphere. Plus, I've never had an order mistake here.

The staff here are incredibly friendly. Saturdays tend to be busy, but the wait isn't too long.

I had an issue with my order and didn't realize it until we had already left. When I went back to rectify the situation, the staff member was unhelpful and said there was nothing they could do.

I placed my order correctly, and they did a great job this time (unlike 18 months ago when I had to have a dish remade because it was overly processed).
