Checkers - Oxford

First visit, the lady who assisted with our order let us know burgers are made when they are ordered. The burgers were greatbut the chicken nuggets were really good (did not need any sauce).

This makes 3 times that I've had to cancel my order because they take so long to make it. They are very unprofessional and would rather play around than anything else. Will not be returning.

Me and my wife went to checkers last night and was not happy it took soooooo long for us to get our food we wanted a refund we was told that nobody knew how to do a refund. It's funny because I was once a manager there and none of my workers where ever ruin the customer service was absolutely ridiculous last

Well this my first time at oxford checkers I ordered online at 7:45 it said it would be ready at 7:56 I show up at 7:57 they said they was working on my order and asked me to park . At 8:11 girl walked out and asked me what my order was then she goes back in and 20 minutes later at 8:31 she brings me my food. Fries was hot but was like eating masked potatoes that's how mushy they were burgers were a wreck and about half warm. I don't recommend coming here at night time. Took them 46 minutes to get me my food and still wasn't what I was expecting.
