Applebee's - Oxford

I had a fantastic evening at Applebee's! I really enjoyed the atmosphere there. The bartender was exceptional with her drinks; she definitely deserves a raise!

The service wasn't bad, I had a 60$ table and still had to have gas to get back, went towards the bathroom to check on my son and overheard the waitress(can't remember her name) talking to the bar people about how she was upset that I was only able totop a few dollars, but other than that the food was good and the service wasn't bad she kept our drinks full and checked on usbetween reasonable intervals. It was just the slight complaining about the tip for me that made this 4 stars. I get they onlymake so much but that shouldn't mean I have to tip more at the expense of gas to get my family home. Not a bad Applebee's Iwould still recommend to friends and family to stop by.

The food was disappointing. The chicken was overcooked and dry, the broccoli was mushy, and the mashed potatoes were lukewarm. However, the tea was great. I won't be returning anytime soon, especially after seeing other options nearby that looked better. Overall, I was not satisfied with my experience.

My husband and I recently visited for his birthday lunch and thoroughly enjoyed our steaks, especially with the dollar dozen shrimp add-on. The steaks were cooked perfectly to our individual preferences, and we found ourselves making delicious sounds throughout the meal. Interestingly, this was his first experience at any Applebee's. We'll definitely be returning—my birthday is coming up soon, LOL!

This Applebee's was a very good experience. Everyone from the hostess to the other waiters and waitresses were very polite and hospitable. The food was perfectly cooked and delicious. I was very impressed.
