It certainly wasn’t a pleasant experience, to say the least. I've also heard that the staff doesn’t receive any of the tips given during purchases; supposedly, all the tip money goes to support the owner’s next venture. If this is true, they should definitely make it clear. Considering the price and the quality, I’d prefer to drive to Mary’s Cakery at this point.
