Ritzy's - Owensboro

The food is good, but the atmosphere is lacking and feels worn out. It's very loud. However, the taco salad and the fries are excellent.

The food at this restaurant is delicious and well-prepared. The burgers are basic but very tasty.

This restaurant is usually a great place to eat, but tonight the fries were really hard and difficult to chew. I tried three of them and they were all the same. However, the burger and chili were still as delicious as always.

I love ritzy’s, but maybe I should have walked in, no katsup, lighter senf please, not once, twice, but 3 times, it was a slutty chaos, then it just brought home to the enkel, that will eat everything.

I am so disappointed in this Ritzys location right now. I am usually a huge fan, USUALLY they are consistent about having good quality, great tasting food, and it’s fast service. Tonight I got my usual, and half way through I noticed the patty on my burger was pink. HARDLY COOKED. I am hopeful I don’t get sick from this, in the event that I do, the employees who worked at the time I got my food will catch wind of this, so it doesn’t happen again. As an established business and restaurant, there is a standard to uphold regarding food safety being served to the public.
