Mcdonald's - Owensboro

Drive thru, took forever. Talk about sitting in the same spot 30-1hour. Yeah, no. Fast food, hint the name. Maybe actually work instead of sitting there doing nothing.

35 mins in drive thru.... 30 minutes for lunch! Now I worked at McDonald's years ago. 4 mins to fry stuff, a minute :30 on the clam shell grill for burgers. Come on! Update: 20 more minutes... Update: Clocked out at 2:20 am at my work finally got my food at McDonald's at 3:20 am. I'm gonna enjoy my 2 McChicken's in unemployment line!

Ordered online and had our son pickup our food. Upon returning home from this business found no drinks were given and no sauces that were ordered. Hate to say this seems to be a regular at this establishment. When we called and asked about this was told it was our responsibility to get our own drinks. I can understand this may be the process now but bad business to not even give the cups to the people. Guess I can just consider this once again another donation of my money.

This was the worst McDonald's I have ever been too. Took forever to be waited on. Went to get drankss, someone spilled a drank all over the floor and counter. We had to walk through that. Went to get ketchup. Their was nothing to put it in and anyway it was empty.Took 20 min. To get our food. They cleaned the floor when we were leaving. Don't go their !!!!

I'm not sure how the food is because I've never actually gotten the chance to order. After waiting in the drive thru for about twenty minutes, ten of which were AT THE INTERCOM TO ORDER, I finally drove away because I had to be somewhere. I thought the point of fast food was to be fast... I can appreciate being short staff, but maybe you should close one of the drive thru lanes to help decrease the volume and better control the traffic flow... This was my second experience like this one, so I don't plan on coming back.
